RE7 had two DLC packs that continue the games campaign, "Not a Hero" and "End of Zoe". On the other hand I recently bought Resident Evil 7 Gold where this is much greater issue. One of the first games I noticed this was Aragami where the issue is largely irrelevant as it merely locks out a handful of cosmetic items. Me and a friend both share our libraries with each other and have a number of issues with this. If only one account owns the game buy all the DLC on that account and it will be shared to the other account.ĭo note however that FREE DLC can't typically be shared not can it typically be "bought" on an account that doesn't own the game. Most games will only checked the DLC is installed but not check "ownership". Buy the DLC on one account, install the game from that account and then play from the other account. ![]() (Despite what Steam displays this process isn't permanent and is reversible). Buy the DLC on one account and remove the game from the other account thus allowing all content to be shared.You have three options (if both accounts own the game): By default no DLC will be shared to an account that already owns the game. ![]()
